Welcome to the online world of our tiny shop in Philadelphia. We have resided in our 300 square foot shop in Rittenhouse for over nine years now, and excited to bring some of our favorites online. Many items sell out quickly, so do not hesitate to contact us to see if we have items in stock in our brick and mortar store, or to find out when we are getting out next shipment in.

COVID-19 UPDATE: We are still shipping online orders as fast as we can. We have a very limited staff, so orders are shipping out twice a week at the very least. We appreciate your patience. If there are any questions or concerns about your orders, please call us at 215-301-4752 or email

Online orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. 

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday. 

If you should order on a holiday, your order will be shipped out on the next business day. 

We do our best to keep you updated on the details once your order ships. Expect tracking information to know when your item will arrive.

Tselaine ships using USPS services depending upon the size and weight of the items you are purchasing. 


Live in the neighborhood and want to pick up a quick gift? Do your online shopping from the comfort of your home or office. Select "In Store Pickup" when checking out, and pick up during our normal store hours. (You will still be prompted to enter your customer information -- email and address)

Leave the gift wrapping to us! (Just make a note of it in your "Order Notes"


Buying online can be tough when you can't see it in person. For this reason, we are open to helping with returns and exchanges for our online shop. Please contact us via email at with the subject line "ONLINE RETURN/EXCHANGE"

We must be notified of your wish to return or exchange within 2 weeks of purchase. You have 30 days from date of purchase to return unworn merchandise with the original tags/packaging for refund or exchange.

All items on sale are final sale. 

All face masks are final sale. 

All perfume & skin care products are final sale. 

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 5 days via email or by calling us at 215-301-4752. We will do our best to remedy the defective item, and get it back to you safe and sound.

Shipping & Handling costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges. 


We are happy to ship internationally using USPS. All items sent abroad are non-eligible for returns or exchanges.
